Over the course of my professional career I have been an approachable and professional manager in the restaurant and retail industry. Reached many sales goals both daily and monthly through team work and customer focused service. Built many relationships on honesty, co-operation and trust

As a Texas Realtor I help facilitate the selling and purchasing of single family homes. Which entails writing contracts and keeping the transaction on time.
With investment properties evaluating the possible current market vale of a house, the projected equity capture, cash flow and rough estimate of make ready costs. The focus on investment being the rate of return, and initial investment.
During that period helped set up an investment plan and strategy to maximize investment capital. Reviewing investment proformas and utilizing personal and professional business stratagems to help achieve the best leverage available.
